Creating a search history in EBSCO databases

EBSCO are a company who provide access to key databases used at Salford University, including Academic Search Premier, CINAHL and MEDLINE.

You can create, print and save search histories using EBSCO to use in your research and assignments.

This example uses the CINAHL database however the process is the same for all databases provided by EBSCO.

Access CINAHL from the Databases link in SOLAR . If you are accessing from off campus you will need to log in using your network username and password.

The most effective way to search is by breaking your topic down into individual keywords and searching for them one at a time. For more help with this have a look at our previous post on planning a search.
